No. At the current time we only support indoor navigation.
Do I have to define paths?
No. Pathfinding is always dynamic. Tours just define the order in which navigation guides you to the POIs.
I cannot lower my POI to the floor, what can I do?
Sometimes if you import a scan with multiple floors or varying height levels, it can happen that the ground is not positioned at the 0 coordinate on the Y axis. To aleviate this simply go to Move scans option in the "viewport" and move your scan up until the floor is approximately the same level as the POI you tried to move down.
I don't have stairs in my scan, how can I navigate accross floors?
This is one of the cases that the "Portal-Network" is intended for. Set it up and create a node on each floor and pathfinding will now use them to navigate you accross unconnencted maps.
I want my users to use the elevators instead of the stairs, what can I do?
Since pathfinding is always looking for the shortest route, it can happen that, eventhough you set up a portal network, that navigation is still guiding the user through a staircase. What you can do is set directional "Barriers" on the bottom and top of the stairs. Set the direction to only let people be navigated from but not to the stairs. That way user still can decide to use the stairs and pathfinding will adapt accordingly once they are on them.
