Remote Assistance
Introduction
Help your field Workers by giving them direct support and create usefull markings that are placed in a 3d space remaining put even if the user moves away.
Calling for Support
Starting the Remote Assistance
You can start the remote assistance either by selecting it from the main menu or by clicking on the link in the admin menu while you are navigation.
Sending a call
Click on Start call and send the Call ID to your support. You will have multiple options to share your ID like E-Mail or various messenger services you might have installed.
Receiving a call in App
To answer a call you can either click on Join call and enter the Call ID manually or click on the link you may have received from your caller.
Receiving a call in the Browser
This will allow you use receive a call on your desktop pc by using your browser. (coming soon)
Marking in 3D Space
To create 3D markings simply draw on your screen. On the bottom of the screen you will find the following options
- Color
- Line weight
- Delete all markings
- Undo
